1. Sponsor

This Giveaway is sponsored by Albany Strikers Bowling Center, 1200 West Broad Avenue, Albany, GA 31707, owned and operated by Edgar Justavino (“Sponsor”). All decisions of the Sponsor regarding this Giveaway are final and binding in all respects.

2. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins on the date of first public announcement and ends at 8:00 PM Eastern Time on Tuesday, June 16, 2026 (“Entry Deadline”), or when the Sponsor elects to close the Giveaway in its sole discretion, whichever occurs first. There is no cap on the number of entries or entrants. The Sponsor reserves the right to extend or shorten the Giveaway Period at any time without prior notice. Any such change will be announced on albanystrikers.com and Albany Strikers’ official social media pages.

3. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to natural persons worldwide who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. By entering, each participant represents and warrants that they meet all eligibility requirements stated in these Official Rules.

The following persons are NOT eligible to enter or win:

• All current employees of Albany Strikers Bowling Center, whether full-time, part-time, or contract, and all persons residing in the same household as any such employee, whether or not related;
• Edgar Justavino and all members of his immediate family, regardless of where they reside. “Immediate family” includes spouses, domestic partners, parents, step-parents, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, grandparents, grandchildren, and the respective spouses or domestic partners of each of the foregoing;
• All persons residing in the same household as Edgar Justavino, whether or not related;
• Any person whose entry contains unverified or fraudulent contact information.

The Sponsor reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant or winner at any time. Any entry submitted by an ineligible person is void and will be disqualified.

4. How to Enter

4.1 Base Entry

One (1) base entry is earned by either of the following methods:

• Completing the official registration form at albanystrikers.com and successfully verifying your mobile phone number via one-time passcode (OTP); or
• Visiting Albany Strikers Bowling Center in person, providing your contact information to a staff member, and verifying your mobile phone number at the time of registration.

Each person may obtain only one (1) base entry. There is no limit on the total number of entries a single person may accumulate through the bonus entry methods described in Section 4.2.

4.2 Bonus Entry Methods

After obtaining a base entry, participants may earn additional entries as follows:

• Group bonus entries are awarded to the organizer only. Group members who register separately receive their own base entry and may earn their own bonus entries independently.
• For the group of 15 or more bonus, the organizer must participate in bowling during the visit.
• Social media entry verification is at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Entries claimed through social media actions that cannot be verified may be denied without notice.
• Bonus entries for purchases require a valid transaction at Albany Strikers during the Giveaway Period. Proof of purchase may be required.
• There is no limit on the total number of entries a participant may accumulate.

4.3 Phone Verification Required

All entries require successful verification of a valid mobile phone number via one-time passcode (OTP) before any entries are counted. Entries associated with unverified, invalid, or fraudulent phone numbers are void and will be disqualified. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry it reasonably believes was obtained through fraudulent means.

5. Prizes

5.1 Grand Prize Package

One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded, consisting of all of the following:

• One (1) PlayStation 5 console, disc edition (approximate retail value: $649.99);
• One (1) 86-inch 4K television (approximate retail value: $999.99);
• One (1) soundbar with wireless subwoofer (approximate retail value: $299.99);
• Five (5) Albany Strikers Bowling Center gift certificates, each valued at $100.00, for a total gift certificate value of $500.00.

Total approximate retail value (ARV) of the Grand Prize: $2,449.97.

All prizes are awarded to one (1) winner. Prizes are not separable and will not be awarded individually.

5.2 Gift Certificate Terms

Each gift certificate has a face value of $100.00 and is valid for one (1) session of use at Albany Strikers Bowling Center. The full face value of each certificate must be redeemed in a single visit and single transaction. Unused balance from any certificate is forfeited at the end of each session. Gift certificates are valid for any goods or services offered at Albany Strikers Bowling Center and expire one (1) year from the date of issuance to the winner.

5.3 Prize Conditions

• All prizes are non-transferable and may not be sold, assigned, or gifted to another person.
• Prizes may not be exchanged or redeemed for cash under any circumstances.
• No prize substitutions will be made. Specific product models are subject to availability. In the event a specific product becomes unavailable prior to prize fulfillment, the Sponsor will fulfill the applicable prize category with a product of comparable function.
• The winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes on the value of prizes received. The Grand Prize ARV exceeds $2,000. Winner will be required to complete IRS Form W-9 prior to prize fulfillment. Sponsor will issue IRS Form 1099-MISC to the winner and to the IRS as required by applicable law.
• All prizes must be claimed in person at Albany Strikers Bowling Center.

6. Drawing and Winner Selection

The drawing will be conducted on Tuesday, June 16, 2026, at approximately 9:00 PM Eastern Time at Albany Strikers Bowling Center. The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received by the Entry Deadline. The Sponsor’s selection is final and binding. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. An individual participant’s odds of winning increase with each additional entry obtained. No number of entries guarantees a win.

The prize presentation event will be held on Thursday, June 18, 2026, beginning at approximately 8:00 PM Eastern Time at Albany Strikers Bowling Center. The exact time of prize presentation is at the Sponsor’s discretion.

7. Winner Notification and Claim

Beginning at 9:00 PM Eastern Time on the night of the drawing, the Sponsor will make a minimum of three (3) attempts to contact the selected winner by each of the following methods: telephone call, SMS text message, and email, using the contact information provided at registration.

The selected winner must respond to the Sponsor and confirm acceptance of the prize by 8:00 PM Eastern Time on Thursday, June 18, 2026 (“Claim Deadline”). The prize must be claimed in person at Albany Strikers Bowling Center on or before the Claim Deadline.

If the selected winner cannot be reached, fails to respond, or fails to claim the prize in person by the Claim Deadline, that person forfeits all prizes in their entirety and a new winner will be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries. The redraw will be conducted on the following Tuesday at 9:00 PM Eastern Time at Albany Strikers Bowling Center. This process will repeat until a winner successfully claims all prizes. The same notification and claim procedures apply to all subsequent winners.

Winner need not be present at the drawing to win, but must claim the prize in person as described above.

8. Conditions of Participation

By entering the Giveaway, each participant agrees to the following:

• To be bound by these Official Rules and by all decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects;
• That all information provided at registration is accurate, truthful, and complete. Entries containing false, misleading, or unverifiable information are void;
• That the Sponsor may modify, suspend, or cancel the Giveaway at any time without prior notice if the Giveaway is compromised by fraud, technical failure, or any cause beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control;
• That the Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process, acts in bad faith, or violates these Official Rules;
• That the drawing will be conducted at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. The specific method of drawing will not be publicly disclosed. The Sponsor represents that the drawing will be conducted in good faith on a random basis.

9. Release and Limitation of Liability

By entering, each participant releases, discharges, and holds harmless Albany Strikers Bowling Center, its owner, officers, employees, agents, and representatives (collectively, “Released Parties”) from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses of any kind arising out of or in connection with: (a) participation in the Giveaway; (b) acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize; (c) any malfunction or failure of the entry platform or notification systems; (d) any injury, loss, or damage of any kind resulting from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance of any prize.

The Released Parties make no warranties, express or implied, regarding any prize. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Released Parties be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from participation in this Giveaway.

This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. By entering, participants consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Dougherty County, Georgia for resolution of any dispute arising from this Giveaway.

10. Publicity and User-Generated Content

By entering this Giveaway or by posting, sharing, tagging, or otherwise creating content in connection with Albany Strikers Bowling Center or this Giveaway on any social media platform, each participant grants Albany Strikers Bowling Center a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, display, distribute, and create derivative works from any such content, including photographs, videos, images, names, likenesses, and statements, for promotional, marketing, and advertising purposes in any and all media, now known or hereafter developed, without further compensation, notice, or consent.

By submitting or posting any content that includes images or likeness of third parties, the participant represents and warrants that they have obtained all necessary permissions from those third parties to grant the license described above, and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claims arising from such content.

The winner, as a condition of prize receipt, agrees to participate in reasonable promotional activities as requested by the Sponsor, including but not limited to photographs and video at the prize presentation event.

11. Privacy and Data Collection

11.1 Information Collected

Albany Strikers Bowling Center collects personal information including name, email address, mobile phone number, and entry activity data for the purpose of administering the Giveaway and communicating with participants.

11.2 CRM and Contact Records

By registering, each participant consents to the creation of a contact record in Albany Strikers Bowling Center’s customer relationship management system. This record will be used to track entries, deliver Giveaway-related communications, and, if the participant opts in, to deliver future marketing communications from Albany Strikers Bowling Center.

11.3 Marketing Communications

Participants who opt in to marketing communications consent to receive periodic SMS text messages and email communications from Albany Strikers Bowling Center regarding promotions, events, and future giveaways. Message and data rates may apply. Participants may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message or by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email communication. Opting out of marketing communications does not affect a participant’s eligibility to win this Giveaway.

11.4 Digital Tracking Technologies

The Albany Strikers Bowling Center website and Giveaway registration page use the following tracking technologies:

• Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API (CAPI): Used to measure advertising effectiveness and deliver targeted advertising on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram). Information collected may include page visits, form submissions, and device identifiers.
• Google Analytics: Used to analyze website traffic and user behavior. Collects anonymized usage data including pages visited, time on site, and referral sources.
• Google Ads Conversion Tracking: Used to measure the effectiveness of Google advertising campaigns.

By registering for this Giveaway, participants acknowledge and consent to the use of these tracking technologies. 11.5 Data Retention and Third Parties

Our promise to you: your personal information collected in connection with this Giveaway will be retained in accordance with Albany Strikers Bowling Center’s standard data practices. Albany Strikers Bowling Center does not sell personal information to third parties. Information may be shared with service providers who assist in administering the Giveaway, subject to confidentiality obligations.

12. General Conditions

• These Official Rules constitute the entire agreement between participants and the Sponsor with respect to this Giveaway and supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements.
• If any provision of these Official Rules is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
• The Sponsor’s failure to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
• Participants agree to resolve any disputes individually and waive any right to bring or participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
• A list of the prize winner’s name may be obtained by sending a written request to Albany Strikers Bowling Center, 1200 West Broad Avenue, Albany, GA 31707, within ninety (90) days of the conclusion of the Giveaway.
